Diverse finishing optionsWhether you want to produce continuous forms with file hole punching, sprocket hole punching, lineal and cross-perforation or self-adhesive labels or demanding brochures with length and cross folds, the COLOR-PRINT has the ideal solution. Nearly all individual customer requirements can be fulfilled, with the expertise and experience in manufacturing bespoke solutions readily available. ...and one for (nearly) all!Launched at the start of the year, Edelmann Graphics is now offering an Offline Sheeter Series that can be fitted to nearly all narrow web presses with web widths up to 52cm. This sheeter utilises the highly successful scissor-cut system, is servo-driven and consequently can be fitted on every narrow web press that is already running in production regardless of offset or other print technologies. The sheeter can produce cut-offs from 4–28in and importantly DIN A3, A4 and A5, with the slug-out facility. Given a constant web tension, the sheeter has a cut-off tolerance of +/- 0.2mm. Due to the excellent price/performance ratio of this sheeter, a high pile stacker or a batcher stacker is a realistic addition to convert an existing printing press from roll-to-fold or roll-to-roll production into roll-to-sheet to penetrate new markets.
